At Lehigh Valley Luxury Venue, we strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. Please review our children’s policy prior to booking:
- Adult Events: For adult-focused bookings, attendees must be 13 years or older. Contact us for younger
- Tea Parties: Children 8 years and older are welcome with 2–3 supervising adults present at all times to ensure safety and enjoyment.
- Security Deposit: A $250 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit will be held to cover any additional cleaning services or damages if necessary.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a beautiful space for every guest to enjoy.
A: Yes! We can accommodate most dietary needs, just make a note when completing your booking and we'll be in contact to confirm your request. For a basic list of dietary accommodations, check out the Food + Drink page.
A: While rare, we sometimes have to move locations or change dates due to weather. Because rain in Lehigh Valley is highly unpredictable (we regularly see 100% chance of rain forecasted only to have sunny skies (and no rain) hours later.) If it looks like weather may affect your reservation, we will reach out with covered locations or rescheduling options. We check the weather regularly and if at the 48 hour mark and 24 hour mark, there is more than a 40% chance of rain we will contact you to discuss your options. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to weather if there is over a 40% chance of rain.
- Yes photography services are available as a add. Your welcome to bring your tripod and we can help snap a picture as well.
- Picture are taken during your service and posted on our social media and website unless states by clients no to during booking. Please review contract that's sign during booking.
- Absolutely! We invite all of our guest to bring their cameras
Image Release
In the event that photographs of Your Selfie experience have been taken and shared either on social media or with us, Creative Selfie Studio reserves the right to use such photographs in its promotional materials.
In the event that photographs of Your Picnic Package have been taken and shared either on social media or with us, Shionna Luxxure Picnic reserves the right to use such photographs in its promotional materials.
Term and conditions
Detail your services
Due to high volume, deposits of 50% of the set-up fee are non-refundable.
If weather conditions are not optimal, it is your due diligence to contact Shionna Luxxure Picnic to reschedule 24 hours before a planned event, otherwise the event will be considered scheduled, rain or shine and you will be charged fully.
All payments are due 24 hours prior to the event. In case of cancellation or rescheduling, payment will be refunded back minus the 50% non-refundable deposit.
Deposits will be held for rescheduled events and not recharged again.
Cancellation is possible minimum 24 hours in advance, 50% deposit will not be refunded.
Credit card numbers are needed to hold your reservation.
Rescheduling can occur anytime in the next year (365 days) from the planned date, depending on availability.
Home set-ups can be arranged due to weather conditions if 24+ hour notice is provided.
Space set-ups are not guaranteed in particular spots requested.
If planning an indoor/ private residence event and alcohol will be present or requested, we require to see an ID stating the event host is over 19 years of age.
You are welcome to bring your own food to our set-ups. However, the following policy applies;
- Any customer who is to bring food not ordered or arranged by the Shionna Picnic Events caterers to the set-up, the client must meet a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the event with the food to be arranged by the Shionna Team.
- Any food not ordered or arranged by Shionna Picnic Events is subject to a fee of $50.00, in the case of the food is requested to be arranged by Shionna. This fee covers the labor, the rental use of equipment (i.e. boards and decorative platters), and the clean-up of all food items/ garbage.
- In the case that the client declines these services, the client is in charge of the disposal of any garbage or food scraps produced. However, Shionna will collect all dirty dishes. Any boards or decorative platters will not be provided, and the arrangement of food will be your own responsibility.
Any items broken during an event are subject to a review and may or may not be charged to the account provided at the time of booking to replace the item/ equal cost.
Shionna Luxxure Events is a paperless company and all services are subject to change in price, and availability without notice.
All bookings must be done a minimum of 48 hours in advance with a 50% deposit of the set-up fee paid at the time of booking. If booking occurs less than 48 hours in advance by special exceptions, full price must be paid up front.
We are not responsible for any issues with outsourced services or third party suppliers that are recommended through our website.
